I have been practicing reiki since 2011, in the first years very much on myself and my friends and family and later I started practicing professionally. I was amazed about how this healing modality was addressing my own problems and guiding me on my self evolution which has changed my life.
I love the fact that by tapping into pure Universal love energy, we can help people tune into their deep essence and their own innate love, aligning with the harmony of the Universe. And help them address and heal so many problems of the body, mind and soul and even transform their lives.
I work with clients of all age groups and from all walks of life facing various problems. I have treated clients with problems such as Insomnia and anxiety, post-traumatic symptoms, psychosomatic complications deriving from codependency issues, stroke, vertigo, hypertension, gynecological issues, cancer, childhood traumas, low self-esteem, relationship and work issues.
When we treat people with Reiki we help them get in touch with their inner self and gain self- awareness, so they find it much easier to progress.
The healing deriving from opening up to the Universal life force both for my clients and me, on all levels, has been ever transforming and heart-opening. The realization of how much humanity can benefit from understanding the huge energy connections between all sentient beings and between them and the whole Universe and its powers, is truly revealing.

• Participated as a key note speaker at European Medical Association Conference in Limassol in October 2019
• Reiki Master Healer since 2011, providing Reiki (energy) treatments and spiritual counseling since 2016.
• She provides reiki services at Pedieos Fertility Clinic in Nicosia to assist women procreate in physical and emotional health through IVF treatments.
• Melina teaches Reiki Courses at her healing space, Eternal Light- Reiki Healings by Melina Demetriou since July 2021
• She gives spiritual counseling lessons and meditation/energy workshops
• Studied the Reiki 1,2 and 3 (Master) levels in Violet Light Centre in Nicosia.

• Attended Higher Level Reiki Training Seminar by Marnie Vincolisi in 2015.
• Participated in Mind Body and Spirit Festival in November 2020 as a workshop facilitator on how we can be aligned with the Universal harmony
• Completed traditional meditation and mindfulness meditation courses (4-6 months each) by Marilena Shamma Shakti in Akasha Centre, Nicosia, in 2014 and 2015.
• Attended a weekly retreat based on Gnostic philosophy and tantric meditation and practices by International Master Sarita in Corfu in 2016, as well as many other
workshops and seminars on alternative healing and spiritual practices in the last ten years.
Melina holds a BA in Media Production from the University of the West of England (Bristol) and an MA in International Journalism from the City University, London.
She has worked as a journalist, a P.R officer and an event planner at private and public positions.
